What’s so special about Juil sandals?

What’s this barefoot business?
We created Juil sandals because letting your feet breathe is as essential to your well being as channeling your energies. And wearing sandals is better than going entirely barefoot because you never know what you might walk into.
Why are Juil sandals only available in whole sizes?
Sandals offer more flexibility than shoes and boots when it comes to getting an appropriate fit. Choosing the right size of Juil sandals is easy. If you typically wear a half-size, order the next whole size down. So if you usually wear a 7.5, you should be comfortable in a 7 in our sandals.
Our sandals for women range from size 5 to 11. Our sandals for men range from size 7 to 13. At the moment, we don’t offer sandals in children’s sizes.
What else would we mention if we were talking to you in person?
We love our sandals and believe you will, too. You might even wear them every day. There are a couple of things you may notice if you do.
Our leather dyes may cause a slight color transfer to your feet until your sandals are broken in. The copper Energy Flow Technology™ conductors in our soles may patina with time and wear. These are entirely natural phenomena.

We use UPS for FREE standard shipping and expedited options within the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship orders to Canada for a freight charge of $15 USD. For all other international orders please contact us by email, info@juil.com, or phone, 1-877-791-3180.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
Online and phone orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday. Weekends we spend trying new yoga poses or exploring a new corner of the world. You should try it! Talk about rejuvenating.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards for Juil product orders.
What’s your return policy?
Our customers’ shopping experience and satisfaction is most important to us. In fact, we want it to be fun. Juil returns are FREE for any reason within 60 days of the date of shipment if returned in the condition you received them and with all of the original packaging. It’s a straightforward policy—try them on and see how you like them. Send them back the way you received them and you will get credited in full; but if you have worn them around, we cannot credit you. Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed. Note that it may take up to one billing cycle for your credit card to be credited. If something doesn’t seem right about the way our products were made, just let us know and we will do what we can to replace your order.
