WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

At Juil, we stand by our product and our service, which is why all Juil footwear is unconditionally guaranteed within 60 days of its ship date. There will be absolutely, 100% no cost on your end if you want to return any of the products you received.

To exchange your pair for a different style, size or color, simply place a new order through the usual online process, or just shoot us a call at 1-877-791-3180 and we'll take care of everything!

* Some exclusions apply for returns coming from Hawaii or Alaska. Please contact us directly to find out more.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER IF YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

** If your order was placed over the phone, you won't be able to generate a return online. Give us a call and we'll take care of it for you!
1. Login to your account by clicking here
2. Under ORDER HISTORY, select the order number that contains the product you want to return
3. On the ORDER DETAILS page, select RETURN ITEMS FROM THIS ORDER
4. Fill out the requested information and submit your return
5. You’ll be taken to a confirmation page and receive an email confirming your return request. A pre-paid, UPS return label will be sent to you within 24 hours or during the next business day.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER WITHOUT A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

1. Go to the TRACK MY ORDER page and enter your email
2. On the ORDER DETAILS page, select RETURN ITEMS FROM THIS ORDER
3. Fill out the requested information and submit your return
4. You’ll be taken to a confirmation page and receive an email confirming your return request. A pre-paid, UPS return label will be sent to you within 24 hours or during the next business day..

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you. Don’t be worried if you don’t see your credit right away – sometimes it takes up to one billing cycle for your return to be received and processed.
