Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

All orders placed on or after 2/12/2015 will not be eligible for returns and/or exchanges. All sales will be final. We are in the process of clearing out old inventory to make room for new and improved product lines.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER IF YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

** If your order was placed over the phone (before 2/12/2015), you won't be able to generate a return online. 
1. Login to your account by clicking here
2. Under ORDER HISTORY, select the order number that contains the product you want to return
3. On the ORDER DETAILS page, select RETURN ITEMS FROM THIS ORDER
4. Fill out the requested information and submit your return
5. You’ll be taken to a confirmation page and receive an email confirming your return request. A pre-paid, UPS return label will be sent to you within 24 hours or during the next business day.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER WITHOUT A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

**For orders placed before 2/12/2015
1. Go to the TRACK MY ORDER page and enter your email
2. On the ORDER DETAILS page, select RETURN ITEMS FROM THIS ORDER
3. Fill out the requested information and submit your return
4. You’ll be taken to a confirmation page and receive an email confirming your return request. A pre-paid, UPS return label will be sent to you within 24 hours or during the next business day..

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you. Don’t be worried if you don’t see your credit right away – sometimes it takes up to one billing cycle for your return to be received and processed.
